Access to the Website is free to users and does not involve a purchase constraint. User registration is mandatory to purchase through a special form. Sending the order will accept these General Sales Rules and Privacy Policy. The applicable Sales Conditions are those applicable at the time of order execution. 3. Orders

All the products offered by the Bitonti Company are presented in the catalog published on the ambitonti.it Website. Because the availability of the product is changed in real time according to the orders received, both on line and off line, Azienda Bitonti does not guarantee the certainty of assigning the ordered goods.

Orders are accepted solely and exclusively in writing, either by e-mail or via the Internet. The customer who sends the order via the Internet will receive, at the end of the procedure, a confirmation of the order by e-mail (e-mail), with the relevant order number; In the event of non-acceptance of the Order, Seller agrees to timely communicate to the Customer.

Orders will be processed as soon as received and in any case not later than 5 working days after payment of the goods.

4. Payments

At the time of purchase, Customer may choose to pay via PayPal, Credit Card and Bank Transfer.

5. Prices

6. Shipment and Return

The shipment of the goods is carried out by the Seller, unless the Customer decides to provide the same for his own account. Shipping costs are in any case incurred by the Customer and are expressly stated at the time of execution of the order.

The delivery of the item (s) will be packaged according to the "delivery to the road plan", then directly on the street plan; such service does not include delivery to Customer's plan.

No liability can be charged to the Seller in case of delays in ordering or delivering the ordered goods.

At the time of delivery of the goods by the courier, the Customer is required to check:

7. Right of withdrawal

The effectiveness of the withdrawal is subject to verification of the conditions of the Products returned by the Bitonti Company. If the right of withdrawal has been validly exercised in accordance with the above provisions, the Bitonti Company will refund the price paid for the purchase, deducted all shipping and transport costs by bank transfer (or other form of payment) within 30 days after receiving the returned products. The Bitonto Company will not accept the returned goods if the Return does not comply with all the terms and conditions of the Return Policy. In such cases, the goods will be returned to the sender at the original shipping address.
